Business account — one account for the whole team

Cover Pro for multiple people from a single invoice, with your own logo and colours.

A business account is a Pro account that covers multiple people under the same billing. You as the owner pay — the others log in with their own emails and get the Pro features automatically. Price per person is reduced with volume discount, so the more people you cover, the cheaper each individual seat becomes.

Who it's for

  • A business where several people need to send large files
  • A consultancy team where everyone handles client files
  • A combination of internal users (domain seats) and external people you want to cover (sponsor seats) — all on the same invoice

Two types of seats

You can cover two types of people from the same business account:

Domain seat — for people who log in with an email on your approved domain (for example everyone with @yourcompany.com). They are automatically linked to the business account.

Sponsor seat — for people outside your organisation (clients, suppliers, freelancers). They keep their own independent account; you simply pay for their Pro.

Both count toward the same volume-discount total.

Custom identity (branding)

You can customise the appearance to match your business:

  • Logo — uploaded as PNG or SVG, shown in the top menu, on download pages recipients see, and on invoices
  • Primary colour — used on buttons and links throughout the interface
  • Display name — alternative to the WeGotFiles name in the header

Changes take effect immediately for all users and recipients.

Go to Account → Identity to set this up.

How to set it up

  1. Create an account with an email on your company domain (name@yourcompany.com)
  2. Under Account → Identity set up logo, colours and name
  3. Invite employees under Account → Employees, or enable self-registration so they can create accounts themselves with a @yourcompany.com address
  4. Add sponsor seats under Account → Sponsor seats for external people you want to cover

Billing

You are billed once a month (or annually) based on the number of active seats. Volume discount is automatic — see the article on volume discount for the table and examples.

You'll find all invoices under Account → Subscription → Invoices and they can be downloaded as PDF. They are full Norwegian VAT receipts.
