¹Pro can give a link more time, and reopen one that has already expired: the files are kept for 7 days past expiry, so a recipient who opens the email too late still gets them.

²Access depends on something you remember (the password) and something you have (your phone). It stops anyone who has guessed or cracked the password. Included with Pro.

³Securely encrypted storage, worthless without the keys. Everything is stored in the EU.

⁴We scan files for viruses, malware and trojans. We do our best, but not every file can be checked, for technical or practical reasons (encrypted or password-protected files, or very large ones).

⁵You pay for someone else’s Pro membership. Handy when one administrator pays for several employees.

⁶The file is deleted the moment it is downloaded, and the link stops working. It cannot be used twice.

⁷Cryptographic file integrity – a fingerprint made at upload. The recipient can see the contents are unchanged.

⁸The recipient confirms their identity with a one-time code sent by email. That stops the download link from being passed on.
