Deliver whole series to the client, see when they've been collected, and get files back without the client needing an account.
The shoot is done, and now several gigabytes of photos need to reach the client. You want to know they arrived, you don't want to answer "where was that link again?" three months later, and your photos shouldn't end up in AI training data.
Deliver a series as a transfer
- Drag the whole folder of photos onto the send page.
- Enter the client's email address.
- Choose how long the transfer should be available. With Pro you can choose up to 30 days.
- Tap Send.
With Pro there's no sending quota, and each file can be up to 100 GB.
Deliver in a folder when the client comes back
Many clients want to fetch the originals again later. For that, create one folder per client or per job under Share folders. The folder doesn't expire. Share it with the client by name, or with a share link that doesn't require an account.
Pro gives you 50 GB of folder storage. If the client should end up with the archive, and the bill, tick Recipient pays storage when you create the folder. The client sees what the folder contains and what it costs before they accept and take it over.
Get files from the client
If you need reference photos, logos or a list of names from the client, use Request files in Share folders (Pro). The client gets a link and uploads without an account. Each sender gets their own subfolder in your account, under "Sent to me". It also works when several wedding guests want to send you their photos.
Stop asking whether they've downloaded
Under Account → Track (Pro) you can see when the transfer was downloaded, and by whom when the recipient is known. If you'd rather get an email, turn on a notification for when the recipient downloads under Account → Profile → Notifications.
Your own profile
With your own workspace you get an address like wegotfiles.com/yourname, and the client sees your logo on the download page. It doesn't require Pro. See Your own workspace.
What you can see yourself
- No photos are used to train AI models, neither yours nor your clients'. The badge is at the top of the send page.
- Each file gets the "Stored in the EU" check once it's uploaded.
- In the folder, as the owner, you see the Transfers tab: who uploaded and downloaded, and when.
