Sales sends quotes, project managers receive drawings, and accounts wants one invoice, not twenty receipts. You also want to know that everyone who sends on the company's behalf does so from a secured account.

Set up the company

Create an account with an email on the company's domain, name@yourcompany.com.
Under Account → Identity, give the workspace its own address, upload the logo and choose a main colour. Recipients see the profile on the download page.
Under Account → Employees, invite your employees, or turn on self-registration for addresses on the domain.

Every employee who signs up with their company address gets a domain seat. You approve each registration before it goes into use, and choose monthly or yearly.

One invoice

All seats go on the same invoice. The more seats, the lower the price per seat, with automatic volume discount. If you want to cover Pro for a client or freelancer outside the company, add a sponsor seat to the same invoice.

Require two-factor for everyone

Turn on the requirement under Account → Identity. You need to have two-factor yourself first. Anyone who doesn't have it must set it up at their next login, and can't turn it off while the requirement is in place.

Regular recipients and shared folders

Put clients and suppliers in the contact list, and gather them in groups. When you share a folder with a group, access follows membership: a new employee in the group gets access to everything the group has.

Every employee with a seat has 50 GB of folder storage. If someone needs more, they request it from their own account, and you approve it before it lands on the invoice.

Receive files from clients

Request files in Share folders (Pro, which the seats include) sends a request with a personal link to each client. They upload without an account, and each sender gets their own subfolder.

What you can see yourself

Invoices are under Account → Subscription → Invoices, as PDF. Each invoice shows how many seats are on which discount tier.
Before you turn on the two-factor requirement, you can see how many in the workspace already have it.
In a shared folder, the owner sees every upload and download, with name and time, under Activity and Transfers.
Each file gets the "Stored in the EU" check after upload. Everything is stored in the EU under GDPR.
